"Software setup was an absolute nightmare"
I bought this from sainsmart thinking it would just work with the software I normally use, but wow, the setup turned into a whole saga. The drivers and documentation felt outdated, and I spent hours trying different fixes like I was defusing a bomb. Even after all that, I still couldn’t get it running reliably. The support links didn’t really save the day either. The hardware might be totally fine, but the compatibility side was a disaster for me.

The product itself might be fine, but the packaging was a miss for me. The box showed up crushed, and some of the parts were loose inside, which didn’t give me a lot of confidence. Could’ve just been bad luck in shipping, but it wasn’t a great first impression.

"Worked fine, then quit way too soon"
It was working fine at first, but after about two weeks it just stopped. I felt kind of dismissed when I tried to deal with it, like it was no big deal, but it’s frustrating to have something fail that quickly

"Instructions were confusing"
I bought this from sainsmart.com, the instructions were confusing right from the start. Some steps seemed to be missing, the wording was kind of weird, and I ended up having to guess way more than I should’ve. Not really what I was expecting.

"I really wanted this machine to work out..."
I really wanted this machine to work out, but something just felt off once I started using it. The cuts weren’t as precise as I expected, and I kept having to stop, recheck measurements, and make little adjustments. On smaller detailed parts, that got frustrating quickly. I also looked through the support info, but it didn’t really help me figure out what was going wrong

"Works when it wants, and support took forever"
This thing kind of works when it wants to. I reached out to tech support hoping for a quick fix, but the replies were really slow and they didn’t actually solve the problem. Frustrating experience overall.

"I was annoyed when my box arrived..."
I was annoyed when my box arrived with a cracked plate and some screws missing. I expected to just set it up and be done, but instead I had to deal with support, and they took forever. I still haven’t gotten a replacement, so I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

"Quit working after one weekend"
I only used it for one weekend and it already stopped working, the parts feel really cheap and I was disappointed because I wasn’t expecting anything fancy but I did expect it to last longer than a couple days.

I ordered from SainSmart the shipping was frustrating. The weird part is, I wasn’t even sure what was happening most of the time because the updates were so slow. The product itself might be fine, but waiting that long kind of ruined the whole experience for me

I ordered a few parts from sainsmart.com they worked okay at first, so I wasn’t too bothered. But then I thought about what I paid, plus the shipping, and my mood changed fast. For the price, I expected a bit more. It’s not awful or anything, but I don’t really feel like I got great value for my money.

"Support didn’t meet my expectations"
I reached out for warranty help expecting it to be fairly straightforward, but it ended up feeling like I was just being sent in circles. Replies were slow, they kept asking me for the same information, and I never got an actual solution. I wasn’t expecting anything special, just basic support for a warranty issue, so this was disappointing. I’d be hesitant to buy from them again if this is what their customer service is like.

"Wish I hadn’t lost so much time putting it together"
Putting this together was way more frustrating than I expected. Some of the parts didn’t line up right, and the instructions weren’t clear enough, so I ended up guessing through parts of it. What bothered me most was how much time I lost on something that should’ve been straightforward. By the end, I was just annoyed and wishing I’d picked something easier to assemble.

"Felt Like Just Another Ticket Number"
I tried placing an order, but the checkout kept crashing over and over. After a while, I just gave up. The whole process was frustrating, and it felt like I was just another ticket number instead of an actual customer trying to buy something.

I bought this from sainsmart.com, and wow, getting it set up was such a headache. The instructions were a confusing mess, like some half-baked manual nobody bothered to test on a normal person. I kept having to search around just to figure out basic steps, which got old fast. Maybe it works fine once you finally get through the setup, but that whole start-up process was way more annoying than it needed to be. Definitely not what I expected.

I had a frustrating experience with their customer service. It took way too long to get a reply, and even when they did respond, I never really got a clear answer to my question. it just felt like I was going in circles... I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Save your time, the accessories didn’t fit"
The accessory compatibility was a mess. Nothing fit the way it was supposed to, and I ended up wasting way too much time trying to make it work. Save your time and double-check everything before buying.
